I have always been active throughout school and University participating in many different sports, with my main focus being football. Since leaving Uni, I found a new love for exercise classes and weight training at the gym. I also enjoy running and love both the physical and mental benefits from this. I am keen to share my enthusiasm for exercise and health with others so they can also experience the many great benefits it brings.
Being active has so many advantages both physically and mentally and I would like to be able to help people experience this and feel better in themselves. I am excited to help people work towards and achieve their goals, be that anything from improving their fitness levels to making healthy lifestyle changes. Having run and done weight training for a while now, I am able to advise people in these areas and can use the personal experience I have to help people to the best of my ability. I will be there for individuals throughout their health and fitness journey, providing personalised gym programmes, nutrition advise, and support and motivation whenever they should need it. With the right help, guidance and support I think everyone is more than capable of achieving their goals.
