I have trained in martial arts since 2007 attaining a 2nd Dan Black Belt within 13 years training with other martial artists. By doing four years in college, I did a health, fitness and exercise course until I achieved my level 2 Gym instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. Through my knowledge of martial arts, a range of fitness classes and different training types, I will help you achieve your fitness goals!
I have trained in traditional martial arts for 14 years and have been in the fitness industry for 5 years. I have helped teach classes at Community Centres and a number of different primary schools. I am now am instructor at the martial arts school where I train. After creating Matt Fitness, I use conventional types of fitness and martial arts to give my clients the best results.
