I have a history in martial arts training and have always been active. I initially started weightlifting to help my martial arts performance – this led me into bodybuilding where I trained to add more lean muscle and shape my body. From there, I found strongman and competed in that from the end of 2015 until 2018. Currently, I’m focusing on bodybuilding again.
I have experience in every aspect of training, including endurance, fat loss, muscle building and strength training for performance or personal development.
I am also qualified in sports massage, focusing on easing tight muscle and improving mobility within the body. I look to improve myself constantly and always keep learning. My aim is to provide you with the best possible advice and support to achieve your goals.
While studying at college I was lucky enough to have work experience at Pure Gym in Aberdeen while also working out of hotel gyms. From there I was able to get a job at Peterhead Community Centre working as a Gym Instructor.
After enjoying time as a Gym Instructor it was time to work towards my Level 3 Personal Trainer course that I am now qualified in and working out at Infinity Gym as a free-lance Personal Trainer.
