Circuit based class that is held in our OMNIA area. With so many different options of exercise this class keeps you guessing on each visit. Resistance training with a mix of high intensity training, the perfect combination.





LBT Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums (LBT) helps to tone and sculpt key body areas using specific exercises. LBT is great for anyone who wants to lose weight, as it is a fantastic calorie-burning workout which targets common problem areas.


 
 

Meta Power

Short fast paced circuit-based class using a number of different pieces of equipment.





Yogasanity

Fast-paced class with core work, shoulder strength and hip openers plus more. You don't have to be great to start, but you need to start to be great.


 
 

Kickboxing

A mix of fitness and partner-based techniques ranging from punches, elbows, to kicks.






The Big 8

8 exercises with a combination of body weighted exercise and boxing exercises. 8 people, 8 exercises and 1 goal, to push you to the MAX.

Spin
